DEKI SOUR
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Amaretto
0.5 oz. DEKI Bourbon
0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
1.0 oz. Egg White
1.0 Luxardo Cherry + Juice for drizzle
Recipe
​
Add all ingredients to the shaker (except the Luxardo) and dry shake.
*Note: Egg white will build pressure so be careful when releasing the shaker to not create a mess
Add ice to the shaker and shake again to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry & a drizzle of Luxardo cherry juice.

Add all ingredients to a glass over a single large ice cube and gently stir to mix and chill.
OLD FASHIONED
Ingredients
​
2.0 oz. DEKI Bourbon
Splash of DEKI Orange Liqueur
2 Dashes Cherry Bitters
1 Luxardo Cherry
1 Orange Segment
Recipe
​
Muddle the Orange Segment & the Luxardo Cherry at the bottom of the glass.
Add a single large ice cube.
Add DEKI Bourbon.
Add a splash of DEKI Orange Liqueur.
Add 2 dashes of Cherry Bitters.
REVOLVER
Ingredients

1.0 OZ. DEKI Coffee Liqueur
0.75 oz DEKI Bourbon
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
Orange Peel for Garnish
Recipe

Add the Coffee Liqueur & Bourbon to a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.
Add 2 dashes of Orange Bitters.
Twist the organge peel over the glass to express the oil and drop in as a garnish.
SPIKED SMORES
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Bourbon
1 Packet Swiss Mix Milk Chocolate
6.0 oz. Steamed Milk
12 Mini Marshmallows
1 Graham Cracker for Garnish
Recipe
​
Add Chocolate Mix, Bourbon, and Steamed Milk to a glass and stir until well blended.
Top with mini marshmallows and use a mini torch to toast the top.
Garnish with a Graham Cracker.
Vodka Cocktails
PICANTE CARINO
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Vodka
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
2 Slices Jalapeno
4 Slices of Cucumber
Recipe
​
Muddle the Jalapeño & 3 Cucumber slices with the Simple Syrup in the shaker.
Add Vodka, Lime Juice and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain over a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
COSMOPOLITAN

SPICY BLACKBERRY MOJITO
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Blackberry Vodka
0.75 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Mint Simple Syrup
2 Slices Jalapeño
6 Mint Leaves
1 Mint Sprig for Garnish

Muddle the Mint & Jalapeño with the Mint Simple Syrup in the shaker.
Add the Blackberry Vodka, lime juice and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Pour over a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Raspberry Vodka Cocktails
MONEY PENNY
Ingredients

4.0 oz. Press (half soda and half sprite)
1 Dash Cherry Bitters
0.5 oz. Lime Juice

In a rocks glass, add all ingredients and stir to mix and chill.

RASPBERRY ALMOND KISS

Lavender Gin Cocktails
ROSY CUCUMBER
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Lavender Gin
0.25 oz. Agave (we use a solution of half agave & half water - and use O.5 oz.)
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 Sprig of Rosemary
4 Slices of Cucumber
Recipe

Muddle 3 Cucumber slices, the Rosemary & the Agave in the shaker.
Add the Lavender Gin, lime juice and ice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
GIN RICKEY
Ingredients

1.5 oz. DEKI Lavender Gin
1.0 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
3.0 oz. Soda Water

Add the Lavender Gin, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass that is filled with ice.
Top with soda water.

Add all ingredients (except garnishes) to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Garnish with a dash of ground nutmeg and an orange wedge.

1.0 oz. Half & Half
0.5 oz. Chocolate Sauce
Drizzle of Hersey Chocolate Syrup
Recipe

Drizzle the inside of a martini glass with Hersey Syrup (this is the fun part!)
Add Coffee Liqueur and Half & half to the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into the martini glass and serve.
